How would the parental substitute deal with Subaru’s anger and smashing walls and breaking stuff?

Admin Mawile: (・∀・○)

-Honestly, the answer is very carefully. Subaru is highly volatile, and his anger issues can be extremely dangerous. You’ll have to go very slowly when it comes to easing those tendencies, and even then, it’s not easy to get him to change. Subaru lashes out violently because he feels helpless, like his strength is all he has, and that is a very deep-seated issue to be worked out. He’s not good at expressing his feelings, either, and to put it humorously, trying to get to the root of his problems is like trying to bathe a particularly uncooperative cat.

In the end, though, you’ll have the best luck just by being nice to him. Figuring out why he does what he does will go a long ways, and from there, just earning his trust and helping him realize that you’re there to help goes a long ways. No one’s ever really been nice to any of them, and just treating Subaru like a person with reasons for what he does is a good way to start.
