Welp, I’ve had like 2 panic attacks tonight and I’m beyond tired. Definitely not gonna be able to write. If anyone could buy even one, just getting them out of the house so I don’t have to worry about what to do with them would be great. My Etsy is here, and I have super cute vintage Barbies for as cheap as $10 USD, and one of a kind reroots for as cheap as $15. I have three more dolls that I’ll be listing soon, and that makes 11 that could hopefully get sold!
I’d be super super grateful if anyone can give one a home!! The less I have to worry about while I’m moving, the better, and a custom doll made by me might be a pretty cool thing to have, right? 😀

I was wondering with the Child AU, how would Kanato react once he grew close to the reader and she gave him a stuffed animal? Would he treasure it like Teddy? Would he carry the new stuffed animal around more than Teddy? Would he snuggle it if reader had to leave for a while and couldn’t take him? How would his brothers react? (sorry if its long, but this has been on my mind awhile now.)

-Considering that Kanato has been horribly neglected for the majority of his lifetime, a present from someone who genuinely cares about him is staggering. Cordelia only gave him Teddy as something that she had to use for, and having something given to him that wasn’t just thrown away because you didn’t want it would be, in all honesty, the nicest thing anyone had ever done for him.
-He would absolutely keep that stuffed animal with him at all times. While he’ll always love Teddy, there’s something extra special about a toy that was given to him by someone who actually cares. There’s a chance he’ll stick to just carrying the one from you, but it’s equally likely that he’ll take turns with both of them. The one you gave him reminds him of you enough that snuggling it while you’re gone is almost guaranteed, since it makes him feel a little less alone.
-As for how his brothers would react, well, Kanato having a stuffed toy with him at all times is definitely nothing unusual, and that part wouldn’t get much of a reaction. However, the fact that the toy is from you makes a much bigger difference. Since the rest of them are similar degrees of neglected, the idea of a gift meant just for them is hard to imagine. (Yes, they’re at least a little bit jealous.)

It’s okay, anon!!! I appreciate the thought 😀 The dolls I have for sale are mostly Barbies, though. They’re very cute and very very non-frightening! One who will be listed soon has the FLOOFIEST hair, a super sweet face, and a bow permanently attached to her head. She’s precious. I’ll put a picture of her under the cut in case you really don’t want to see it, but I swear she’s adorable.
She still needs an outfit before I can put her up for sale, and what I’m planning to make is a very fluffy floral dress! 😀

I used the word husbando jokingly like you would use waifu or so, the meaner is closer to “best boy” than to real life husband~~ sorry if there were any misunderstandings! I guess both Komaeda and Alois are similar to the diaboys because they’re young but very broken and lonely already, maybe you feel that kind of caregiver, motherly instinct you get with the boys as well? :3
