-Yes, the fandom is terrible. The best way to avoid the worst of it is to be strict with your rules, don’t let people get away with being mean to you/breaking said rules, and making it very clear that hate will not stop you. If the anons know that messing with you won’t get them anywhere, they won’t bother. Delete and block rude people, anon or not, and ignore/laugh off anyone who tries to get at you. 

-Decide whether you want to cater to what’s popular or do your own thing. Both have their merits, and it’s all about what’s more fun for you. Don’t be afraid to go with a unique blog idea. Like our Aus, new things in a fandom are always welcome. If you’d rather go along with the trends, that’s fine too. You’ll get a lot of fans quickly that way, and it can be fun to keep up with the various fandom interests. Either way, do what makes you happy. 

-Depending on how you write, set up a way of managing asks that works for you. Some people keep the ask open and only answer what they can, some people have a set limit of asks before they close the box and don’t open it until they’re all answered, some people queue things neatly and keep to a perfect schedule of posts. It’s all up to you and how you write. Don’t be afraid of managing things in a way that you can handle, and don’t hesitate to close the ask for a bit if you feel overwhelmed.

Check back often. Rules change as we need them to. Make sure you’re up to date on them!!!

-No nsfw. Both admins will not write it, so just don’t go there.

-No character hate. You can dislike whoever you want, but here isn’t the place to put someone else’s fav down. Opinions are fine, rudeness is not. This goes for all characters, not just the boys.

-Read the Au page before requesting. We’re doing something kinda different here, so be aware of what you’re requesting for, please.

-No incest. At all. None. Brotherly love is fine, but please don’t go any farther than that here.

-You can request specifically to either admin, or just let whoever can get to it first do it. Be warned though, if the admin you requested from’s schedule gets busy, it could be a while before your request gets filled.

-Xeno au is the default for Admin Mawile. Admin Skitty writes for what she feels like. Specify if you want otherwise.

-Scenario requests (the fully written out, drabble-type stories with dialogue and descriptions) are for four characters at a time maximum.

-NO ROMANTIC REQUESTS FOR CHILD AU. They will be deleted.

-No requests involving pregnancy or small children. Admin Mawile is tokophobic, and they will make her sick. Requests involving older children are okay, but anything centered around the having of them is a no. Like, “How many kids would the boys have?” That’s not allowed.

-Check this page for why your request may not have been answered.

Aaaaand, that’s about it for now! More rules will be added when/if we need ‘em!

Admin Mawile: There are about 20 asks in the drafts right now, so in a few days when I’ve had time to thin them out. I close the ask at about 30, and I’ve already made a pretty good dent in that. 

Admin Mawile: As noted in my previous admin post, open only for DL Oc drawing requests. 

Admin Mawile: The four character rule is for scenarios, as in mini-drabbles with dialogue and interaction, not just headcanons. Headcanons are open to as many characters as tag limit allows 😀

Admin Mawile: Sure!! I try to write things gender neutral, so go ahead and make it a dad!! It’s just most askers that say mom; I’m fine with it either way.
