I wish you could write more sub! DL boys because they are rare and important to the small population of Do-s fangirls in DL who want to see these pretty boys cry. Preferably seeing the ones that would struggle more seem interesting to my personal tastes, like Shu, Ayato, Ruki, or Carla for example.

This pretty much seals the deal on the Au I was considering introducing. I figured that if enough people were interested in it, then why not! I personally love fics where the boys are no longer the ones in charge sooooo, this shall be a thing now! ☆⌒c(´∀｀)ノ  I gotta clear out the ask box first cause yikes I let things get out of control, but once it’s down to something more manageable, I’ll add it! 

I guess in the mean time, since I’ve been seeing quite a bit of interest in it lately, I’ll take some general questions for the Au! No big “how would all the boys react to x” stuff, just simpler things that won’t turn the ask into any more of a disaster than I’ve already let it become. (*~▽~)

I’m adament about not having kids in the future and I doubt i’m the most motherly person in the world but dagnabbit, your Child AU makes me want to adopt everyone and just make them all happy! Even if i’m not the mother type, i’ll be an Aunt or something! (இдஇ; )

Admin Mawile: Good! (*ゝω・)ﾉ Sounds like I’ve accomplished something great~ I’d never want to have biological children either, but that doesn’t mean I can’t want to mother as many anime characters as I see fit!

a while ago there was this post by diaboliktheories about how different the sakamakis would be if their moms were swapped (like subaru as the eldest and son of beatrix, reiji and shu as cordelias sons and the triplets as christas children) and it was really interesting. i tried to find a link and show you but the blogs been deleted and the post seems to have vanished along with it…

Admin Mawile: I think I remember that, actually! It was a long time ago, but the post sounds familiar… It’s a shame that that blog has been deleted. 

Hey, do you mind talking more about that sound to color synesthesia thing? It’s SO interesting and even tho I read about it, when you hear from someone who has experienced is even more fascinating. If it’s okay with you of course, have a nice weekend :3

Admin Mawile: This probably isn’t what you meant, but I have Grapheme->Color too, and I can actually show what that one looks like! The images below are what color letters are to me, and a rough estimate of what the words look like. Hope it’s alright!

I read something about Karlheinz‘ voice sounding dried up and dusty (lol) yesterday and now I’m wondering what you think of the voice actors in the game? Any voice in particular you like or dislike?

Admin Mawile: Well I mean obviously I love Carla’s voice. (●>ω<)

Other than that, though, I’m at least okay with everyone else’s voices. Some of them are a bit… odd, cause I know the voice from another anime. For example, Shuu’s voice actor is the same as Szayel from Bleach, if I remember right, and that is really funny to listen to. 

What probably has the biggest impact on what I think is the colors of their voices. I have sound->color synesthesia, and the ones with really distinct colors can be an experience to listen to. Like, Kou’s voice is a straw yellow kind of color, which isn’t all that pretty, and kind of ruins the impression of him being an idol for me because his voice looks so bland. 

So I read a different post about Yui being the dominant one instead of the boys and idk I just thought it seemed super interesting. Like, I like the idea of Yui teaching the boys that submission isn’t all bad… Is there any chance we may get an AU out of that idea? :D

Admin Mawile: Yeah! I’d love to! （*・Ｕ・）ノ☆ An Au like that would be super fun!! Would anyone else be interested? The ides thus far is an Au where the boys are still vampires and reader is still a human, but the boys are Do-M instead of Do-S~

A bit left-field here, but I can see you with Subaru! You seem to have a fairly gentle, calm nature, which would do absolute wonders for Subaru’s generally volatile nature, much like Yui in the actual games, so it’s be a nice fit. Of course, I could see you with Carla for similar reasons; whilst a motherly nature might initially grate (due to him thinking he doesn’t NEED someone to coddle him) over time, he’d appreciate someone calm and doting looking after him, between his illness & being King!

Admin Mawile: I’m definitely not calm (one friend described me as being “90 miles a second all the time”), but I am very gentle! I can see what you’re saying with Subaru, and just picturing it is cuuuuute. Subaru is adorable, honestly, and this description brings to mind some very precious things!

AND THE CARLA PART!!!! (｡･o･｡) That sounds 100% in character, and while I can definitely see him feeling like I’m looking down on him at first, I agree that he might actually benefit from it in the end. Thank you so much for sending this!!! I love hearing what ya’ll think!
