I think it’s interesting how the Do-M sides of the boys in both Human and Sub Aus are exactly the same, but come from different places. In the Human Au, their masochism is just your run of the mill desire to be owned and hurt bc it feels really good, which is great to have fun w/ as a sadist :)), but in the Sub Au, it comes from a certain vulnerability, of wanting to be looked after, wanted and cared for and to stop having to THINK so much (along with, of course, a good deal of pain ;p)

Indeed!! I love that you’ve looked into the writing this much ❤ You described my intentions with their masochistic side perfectly, and I could make a lil mini-rant here, but you kind of already summed up what I was going for! The Human Au is just a twisting of canon, while the Sub Au is actively exploring some of the boys’ darkest issues, and how that could affect their personalities if things went even a slightly different way. I’ve always seen the boys as fragile and vulnerable in a way, even through all of their cruelty, and the Sub Au is my way of exploring how I think they could have been. 

that laito chapter was amazing!!! laito wasn’t my personal choice for first fic but now I can’t wait to see more!! what I really like about it is that it’s a really fresh take on how the protagonist might react to this situation? like, more relatable (not to say I don’t love yui bc I do)? I can’t wait to see more, awesome awesome job so far!!!

Admin Mawile: Yui is wonderful and precious, but she’s not a dom. And that’s what I’m really trying to change. Instead of writing a person who tames the boys with kindness and peace, I’m trying to create a character who is ready and willing to take charge of their situations and make some positive change happen whether the boys like it or not. I too have absolutely nothing against Yui’s character, but I’m aiming for a totally different sort of person here. 

(｡･ω･｡) And thank you!!! I worked really hard on it, and I’m glad it came out well! I’ll be writing more as soon as I can, and it’s encouragement like this that really makes me want to sit down already and write another chapter~

I am in LOVE with this new fic! Mostly because this is exactly how (at least think) I would act. And Laito has probably never been so annoying… I can’t wait to read more and see what happens with the other boys. Have you already thought about how the Mukamis and Tsukinamis are gonna get involved in this mess?

Admin Mawile: Thank you! Reader is really only getting away with this because it’s Sub Au though >3> Well, and because it’s Laito. Being too feisty with most of the other boys would not end well… 

And I look forward to writing the other boys too!! There are so many ways that the story can go, and I’m super invested in getting through all of them now~ I’ve gotten all into Sub Au, and now I want to write, in detail, how each of the boys might break >:3c

As for the Mukami and Tsukinami, I think I’m going to make things somewhat similar to canon! Honestly though, I’ll just figure it out when I get to it
