May I have some fluffy Carla headcannons? Like how he likes to cuddle, ect~ Thank you so much, I really love your blog and how descriptive you are! You put a lot of effort in your work, making it a lot more realistic and visual ❤️😚

Admin Mawile: ♥~(‘▽^人)

-If he didn’t have responsibilities (and an image to maintain), he’d gladly spend all day with you, doing nothing but cuddling and having stupid little conversations. Carla’s lazy, though he doesn’t like to admit it, and honestly, that’s his idea of a perfect day with his partner; nothing important to do, and every bit of their attention on him.

-On the rare occasion you can keep up with him mentally, Carla massively enjoys games of wit and strategy. Be it in challenges of memory, planning, or just deep thinking, if you can provide a decent challenge, he’d love a partner who can really engage him. Now, if you can actually beat him (fairly, of course), he may seem annoyed, but he’ll value your competition all the more.

-You may be recruited as hair help sooner or later. Carla’s hair is, well, not naturally that nice. It would rather fluff up into a wild mess than stay pretty and sleek, and he has to put quite a bit of time into keeping it presentable. He really doesn’t like people knowing that he has to work to make it look so good, but you might be the exception. The exception that has to help brush it.

Hello! Could you possibly do some Shin boyfriend headcanons please? Thank you :)

Admin Mawile: (´∩ω∩`)

-He’s pushy, dragging you into all sorts of things that you may or may not actually want to do. He hates hearing no as an answer, and by the time he considers you his support system, you’ll be almost obligated to go with him anywhere. Even if it’s dangerous, he’s always there to protect you, so he sees no reason for you to reject anything.

-Hope you like dogs, cause there are wolves, just, everywhere. The wolves are supposedly familiars, but to a non-magical human, it just looks like there are wolves everywhere you turn. Even if you are someone that really like dogs, it’s a little much to take in. They seem kind of dangerous.

-You’ll be more or less his one person cheering squad for any fights he gets in. As arrogant as he is, he seems to thrive on praise, and the more he likes you, the more of that he seems to require. The fights are the most common time your appreciation is demanded, really, you’re just seemingly expected to be constantly in at least mild awe of him. He seems awfully happy when you do it, and it’s not that difficult a thing to do… . so you can’t really complain.

I asked this on another blog but didn’t get the response I was looking for really, so I’m just gonna ask you ^^”. Not a scenario ask, but a legit question; what are periods to a vampire? Like do they see it as a mating thing oor..?

Admin Mawile: ┐(‘~`;)┌ Periods are just a thing. They happen, and that’s it. Period blood is really nothing like normal blood, and I highly doubt it would be edible to them, much less appealing. It’s… less blood, more goop and tissue and nasty stuff really. So, to vampires, periods are really nothing special. They might be less grossed out by it than humans, and some really weird vampires might feel a little differently, but overall, it’s just not a big deal to them.

Hi can you do a part two where (all) the boys live in the house for couple of years and they start to let their guard down and start open up to them also them reacting to them doing thing nice for them eg Yuma have a large garden thing they would like also can you more on kou opening up to his owner and all of them starting to trust them not to hurt or leave them sorry about my English if it not make sense

Admin Mawile: ( ^∇^) Your English is fine!!!

Shuu:

-He’d been so sure it would never last, but years later, when he’s still being treated just as nicely, it’s finally sunk in that it’s real. He’s not going to be beaten anymore, or worked half to death, his owner lets him sleep as much as he wants to, and they seem more happy with him than anyone has.

Reiji:

-He’s still sort of uncomfortable, not having to work or constantly prove himself still goes against his every expectation, but he’s slowly, slowly getting used to it. He has a real, permanent home, just like he’s always wanted, one where he’s treated better than he thought even the most prized purebreds could be.

Ayato:

-He adjusts to the idea of a truly kind owner surprisingly well, and when he can ignore the pressing feeling that he’s not doing enough to make them want to keep him, he’s become remarkably relaxed, beyond happy that he can have an owner that really wants him, even if he’s not perfect.

Kanato:

-Thanks to years of gentle treatment, he’s more relaxed, more functioning than ever before. His owner has gone so far out of their way to take care of him, treating him like he’s their most favored house pet, even letting him have a stuffed toy for no reason other than they wanted to see him happy.

Laito:

-He can’t quite get used to the idea that he doesn’t have to earn proper care, that he doesn’t have to constantly keep hos owner pleased or face their wrath. But having an owner so kind is doing wonders to make him really happy, his cheerful facade starting to become reality.

Subaru:

-It still hardly feels real, that he’s really in a kind, wonderful home where his owner wants and values him. Even after years, the fear that it’s all a dream he’ll wake up from someday remains, but with every passing day, he wishes all the more that he’ll never have to leave here.

Ruki:

-With years gone by, and his suspicions of it all being a lie almost erased, he’s becoming more and more well adapted to a life where he’s well cared for. He’s always worrying for his brothers and if they’re just as content, but the home he’s in is better than anything he could have hoped for.

Kou:

-Even after years of kindness, he’s not entirely willing to trust his owner. They’re still a human, they’re still just as capable of all the horrible things others are. He’s much less on edge than he used to be, no longer flinching away from every sudden move, but he’s still afraid.

Yuuma:

-His owner giving him a garden would make him so happy he’d hardly know what to do. Humans, owners, aren’t supposed to be so nice, but it’s been years and they haven’t done anything to hurt him. He’s starting to believe that it’s going to last, that he’s really going to be able to stay in a good home.

Azusa:

-He still doesn’t like not being punished, but he’s getting more and more used to kindness instead of pain. It’s hard for him to feel wanted when his owner won’t take the time to hurt him, but they do so much more, it would be even more difficult to believe that they really don’t care.

Carla:

-With frequent rest and actual care, his illness is causing him less pain than it ever has. He’d expected a decent home, the kind that would have wanted to invest so much in a fancy pet, but this owner is going so far beyond what he expected, doing so much to keep him happy and well.

Shin:

-He’s still not entirely sure the human won’t turn on him someday, but for now, there’s nothing he can really do but trust them. Getting sent away from this home would be awful, so he pretends to trust them and be the perfect little obedient pet (and enjoys it more than he likes to admit).

Live together and kind master ask inspired me. What would they think if their master decided to put them in special training like reading, writing, cooking, even dancing? Because he doesn’t want uneducated pets and needs them to do household chores

Admin Mawile: ∩( ・ω・)∩That kind of education is fairly normal for house pets, especially purebreds!!

Oh, and just to explain something, house pets are more like pets how we think of them, while the kind that have to work are basically just slave labor. Those kind don’t live long, and are very literally worked to death. That’s what usually happens to the bigger, rougher vampires, like Subaru and Yuuma, while the docile, smaller ones are the ones that are actually sort of cared for.

Shuu:

-He doesn’t like having to work, of course, but learning how to do mostly sedentary things is better than real labor. And if cooking for his owner is what he has to do to avoid getting beaten, so be it. At least it’s not that hard to do basic chores and housework…

Reiji:

-His and his brother’s previous owner only bothered with the very basics of pet education, but Reiji absorbed everything he was ever taught. He’s still remarkably intelligent, and is ridiculously happy for the chance to not only learn something, but make himself more valuable.

Ayato:

-He’ll learn anything he has to to stay wanted. And anyway, he’s heard that lessons like these are normal for the good pets, so doesn’t this mean his owner has decided he’s worth all this work to educate? He’s not crazy about the chores and lessons, but knowing he’s wanted is more than worth it.

Kanato:

-He’s had some singing lessons before, but his breeder wasn’t interested in “wasting time” for very long. He’s not always quite lucid enough to remember what he’s taught, and he’s afraid his owner will get just as sick of trying, but he’d learn anything if it would mean not being punished.

Laito:

-He’s smart enough to take to the lesson’s with ease, and very used to the idea of learning housework and “educated” tasks. Becoming that kind of docile, well learned house pet is exactly what he expected, still used, but not having his good breeding wasted on hard labor.

Subaru:

-Why is an owner bothering to teach him house pet stuff? The most of this kind of lesson he’s ever had was the snippets for information his mother supplied in her more lucid moments, never any kind of formal training, especially not in delicate tasks like cooking or dancing.

Ruki:

-At the shelter, the vampires deemed suitable for the efforts were taught the very basics of reading, writing, and housework. Ruki never thought he’d ever have the chance to learn any more of it. Finally being able to use his mind, to learn something, is the best thing he could have hoped for in a home.

Kou:

-He was taught a little bit of this, before the bad things at the shelter started to happen. Aside from the memories that keep coming back, the lessons themselves aren’t bad at all. He’d much rather have to cook for a human than have them decide they like him better bruised and crying.

Yuuma:

-They’re, they’re really gonna teach him to be a house pet? There’s no way an owner would go this far just to make him a laborer, and knowing that he really will be a cared for, indoor type of pet, the kind that’s worth teaching and taking care of is the greatest happiness yet.

Azusa:

-No matter how badly he wants to learn, his mind just won’t work the right way. He spaces out, forgets things, and takes three times as a normal pet to learn anything. He’s afraid that his owner will get bored of trying and find another pet instead, one that can actually remember what they’re told to.

Carla:

-He’s more than educated in these fields already, taught every domestic chore he’d need to know as a child, so that no owner would have to bother with it. If they can find something (pet appropriate) that he doesn’t already know, the chance to learn and think leaves him absurdly grateful.

Shin:

-He’s already been taught most of this, as is expected from his quality of pet, but the effort to better him is strangely flattering. It feels like his owner really wants him, they’re doing so much just to make him more useful, like he’s worth too much to just be left idle and unimproving.

I saw in one of your previous posts that in the Xeno AU you mentioned that handling a vampire’s wings in different places could bring about different responses and I was wondering if you could go into more detail on this, like the different responses and how to evoke each of them. Awesome blog btw

Admin Mawile: (ノ*゜▽゜*) I think it may have been Skitty who did that explanation?? Idk, I’m giving some more background on the wings anyway!

-So, the wings come out of the vampire’s back, from the same area as the shoulder blade. Like vampires themselves, they don’t quite follow human laws of physics, and can materialize and materialize at will (although it sometimes happens unconsciously), even through clothes. They’re very, very delicate, with slender, fragile bones, thin skin, and amazingly soft fur the same color as the vampire’s hair. The wings are a vestigial feature, left over from when vampires were a lot less human, and they may or may not have something to do with vampire’s magic, as well. They’re extremely sensitive, especially to touch and pain; light yanking or pinching can hurt more than being punched.

Vampire society demonizes any kind of weakness, and most of them would rather just forget that anything so fragile is even a part of them. The wings are hardly ever brought up, and really only used as a creative way of causing pain. There’s a small area under the wing arm, close to the base where it merges back into skin that’s even more sensitive then the rest of the wing, most likely because unless the wing is spread open, it’s completely protected by the folds of the wing. On vampires that have had more social, non-neglectful childhoods, that spot is drastically more sensitive than the rest of the wing. This is supposedly the norm, what’s meant to happen. On the ones that have been mostly isolated or neglected, the overall sensitivity is greater, with less of a contrast between the majority of the wing and that spot. This is said to be the result of a certain kind of severe mistreatment, more of a forced adaption than anything that occurs normally.

The wings are also integral in the functioning of certain instincts, like the much hated attachment instinct. Like the wings themselves, the reflexes that they cause are hated by vampire society, and ignored entirely save for by those particularly cruel vampires who use them to torture their own kind. Unfortunately, this has really only made their idea of the problem worse. Most wings are now extra sensitive from disuse, slowly evolving into even greater weaknesses thanks to being deprived of any change to adapt to pain or contact. Through the generations, wings are getting even more fragile, even weaker, even more meant for only the very instincts they’ve been trying to forget about.

How would the Xeno vampire boys react to an s/o who was fascinated with their wings, fangs, etc?

Admin Mawile:(。>ω<)。

Shuu:

-For some of it, he just won’t stop you. If you’re that interested in his fangs, and you can look without waking him up, he doesn’t really care. But a vampire’s wings are beyond delicate, and even asking to see them is a quick way to get even his lazy self on the defensive.

Reiji:

-He can’t stand being poked at. You treating him like some kind of exhibit does not sit well, and any kind of attempts to get near his supernatural features will be quickly shot down. He’s not something to be fascinated with, and you’ll learn the hard was what making him feel vulnerable and pinned ends in.

Ayato:

-Your fascination is mostly amusing to him. As long as you act respectful enough, he’ll be entertained by you being so captivated with with his fangs (although he’ll also take it as you wanting to be bitten). But so much as mention his wings, and any good mood vanishes instantly.

Kanato:

-If you so much as mention wanting to have a closer look at his fangs, he’ll scream. You don’t get to decide that, you can’t just say you’re going to touch him, you’re not allowed to make him do things. He hates to lose control in any way, so the wings are most definitely off limits.

Laito:

-For the most part, he’ll take your fascination in stride, enjoying the attention and letting you mess around. You can’t hurt him in any way, after all. But that’s just when it comes to his fangs and other special attributes, any mention of his wings makes almost angry, all traces of humor gone.

Subaru:

-Nope, nope, nope. You will not be examining his fangs like he’s some kind of bug under a magnifying glass. The closest look you get is when he’s biting you, which you’re obviously asking for if you keep talking about his fangs. You’ll get yelled at if you persist in your fascination.

Ruki:

-You will not be treating him like something interesting to examine. He can’t stand you being pushy about it, asking or pressuring him in any way that isn’t clearly respectful. His wings are off limits in conversation, even, any reference to them grounds for a painful punishment.

Kou:

-Yeah, it’s cute the first few times you get all excited over his fangs, but the fascination gets old quick. Seeing you so interested feels awfully, sickeningly similar to another time when he was pursued for being “special”, and he starts getting angry and defensive about the issue before long.

Yuuma:

-He sort of gets why a human would be so fascinated, but it’s still really weird. He can sort of tolerate it at first, but the more interested you get, the more he gets sick of it. It helps if you can phrase things in a way that makes it seem like no big deal, just some silly little interest you have.

Azusa:

-He loves the attention. You being interested in him, wanting to pay attention to just him,  getting so happy over something he can easily provide, Azusa loves it it. He’d have no problems with letting you handle his wings, either (you might pull on them), but Ruki has told him very clearly not to let anyone touch them.

Carla:

-Unless you make your interest seem extremely respectful and full of awe, Carla won’t tolerate it. Endzeit has left its mark all over him, effects he’d never want you to see, and he hides his discomfort at the scrutiny with annoyance and anger, pretending like it’s just a matter of your place.

Shin:

-It’s only right that you’re amazed by him, but the constant fascination gets old fast. If you can keep your interest to a low, “reasonable” level, he might indulge you just to feed his own ego, but not if you make an annoyance of yourself. His wolf form is a bit of an exception; you can’t keep him out of it.

pets au a scenario when the boys (all) are taken into one household but have a different master that is loving and caring to them treats them right and how would they act when they first meet them and when they relieved that they are not going to hurt them like their other masters did sorry about my English

Admin Mawile: (๑꒪▿꒪)*  Your English is fine!!

Shuu:

-It doesn’t make any sense, why a good, gentle owner, the kind that nearly only exist in myth, would choose a lazy, unfavored pet with brothers of much higher quality. There has to be an ulterior motive, some real reason why a human would bother treating him so well.

Reiji:

-Finally, everything he’s worked for is coming true. He’s been adopted by a respectable, reasonable owner, just as he should be, and now his life has been secured. He doesn’t even want to think that it might not be real, that there’s a very real chance that the good part of his new home might not last.

Ayato:

-What kind of owner is just nice for no reason? Could he really be lucky enough to get the nicest human ever? Ayato was just ecstatic to have a home, having that home be one with an owner that goes above and beyond normal treatment is almost too much good to take in all at once.

Kanato:

-He’d be good no matter what kind of owner it was, soft and obedient and oh so harmless. But an owner that doesn’t want to make him hurt? That’s almost too good to be true. They should be making him suffer in some way for not wanting any pain; it’s abnormal for a human to be so kind.

Laito:

-Since he’s done what he was supposed to, done everything to be the ideal pet for the best kind of owner, it makes sense that he’d be bought by one. But he’d never been able to imagine how nice an owner could possibly be, and the strange, overly kind treatment makes him nervous and unsure.

Subaru:

-He can’t believe a normal owner would want him, a dangerous, unstable pet, deemed unsafe to own. Even more so, he can’t believe that they’re being nice. Could they have him confused with another pet? Is it just some awful trick that’s going to end the moment he lets his guard down?

Ruki:

-If this was a situation where his brothers were also in a “safe” home, he’d be somewhere between absurdly grateful and terrified. A human taking in a worthless street animal, with nothing to gain from it is either the kindest he’d ever known humans to be, or the precursor to something awful.

Kou:

-He can’t accept it. No matter how nice they seem, there has to be the same evil lurking under it. Humans are cruel, this kindness can’t be real. He’s still terrified of them, flinching away and hiding, no matter how gently they approach him. Kou trusted humans once, and he’ll never do it again.

Yuuma:

-Could an owner really want him as some kind of treasured house pet? They’re not acting like he’s about to be sent away to work or fight, but, it can’t be real, can it? A human deciding that the huge, strong, scarred vampire is worth treating like a tiny, docile little purebred.

Azusa:

-But, if he’s not being punished and hurt, doesn’t that mean he’s doing something wrong? Azusa is a masochist even in this universe, and the lack of any discipline actually makes him feel worse, wondering if his owner, his nice, wonderful owner, has found some reason not to like him.

Carla:

-He knows that it won’t last for long, that his new owner will tire of playing nice, but the repose is so needed he almost doesn’t care. At least this way, they’ll see him appearing to be healthy, and when the cruelty does start, he’ll have had a chance to gather some strength for withstanding it.

Shin:

-Yeah, it’s nice that he’s been bought by one of the good owners… if it’s even real. Humans lie, they pretend to be so nice and loving, when they’re just waiting to do harm. He wants to trust the kindness, finally have a owner that wants him, but the chances of it being real are so slim.

sleeping hcs for all the boys? like what positions, how deeply they sleep, and what kind of dreams/nightmares?

Admin Mawile:╰( ・ ᗜ ・ )╯

Shuu:

-Can sleep in practically any position, anywhere, any time. Half of the places he falls asleep in can’t be comfortable, and yet he seems perfectly at ease in them. He’s an incredibly deep sleeper, and general doesn’t dream, save occasional nightmares which are always about fire.

Reiji:

-Sleeps stiffly on his back, sometimes curling up when he has a bad nightmare. Reiji is a very light sleeper, and can wake himself up just by rolling over. He has horrible, constant nightmares that make it difficult, if not impossible to get any real rest. He refuses to take any naps, even to make up for lost sleep.

Ayato:

-Sprawled out and turned sort of sideways is his default sleeping position. He drools, snores, and kicks in his sleep, and somehow almost always wakes up facing some strange direction. He has weird, vivid dreams, and frequent nightmares, usually about his mother.

Kanato:

-He sleeps all curled up in a little ball, clinging on to Teddy fiercely. He’s a light sleeper who has to stay wrapped up in blankets at all times, and he’ll wake up instantly if Teddy falls out of his grasp. He hates sleeping much because of the nightmares that come, and stays up much longer than is healthy.

Laito:

-Laito sleeps on his stomach, a bit curled in on himself, and almost always hugs a body pillow . He’s a fairly light sleeper who has bad nightmares and tends to make little noises in his sleep. His face is very unguarded during sleep, and shows more of his real emotions that he ever lets slip when he’s awake.

Subaru:

-Sleeps on his side, hands pulled in close to his chest, and his back pressing up against the side of his coffin. Subaru isn’t really a heavy or light sleeper, but thanks to so long sleeping in his coffin, he has trouble falling asleep in a bed. Has rare, but disturbing nightmares and few other dreams.

Ruki:

-Usually sleeps on his stomach, because extended pressure against his scars makes them ache. Deep, sound, sleeper who can never sleep more than six hours at a time. He has frequent insomnia, but doesn’t need a lot of sleep to function. Almost never dreams, but when he does, they’re awful nightmares.

Kou:

-A light sleeper who tosses and turns, and tends to cry and mumble and make little miserable noises in his sleep because of nightmares. Sleeps on his side with his hands clutching the blankets, and his legs sort of curled in. Noise doesn’t really wake him up, but any kind of contact does.

Yuuma:

-Winds up in strange positions, all twisted around in ways that don’t seem the slightest bit natural or comfortable. Snores like a freight train and clings on to anyone or anything that’s in bed with him. Has one strange nightmare that always repeats, about a fire a place he can’t quite remember.

Azusa:

-A very, very deep sleeper who snores quietly and stays curled in a tight little ball, limbs all pulled in close to his body. He has realistic dreams, although they usually turn to nightmares, and nothing short of a good shake can wake him up. Gravitates to anything warm while asleep.

Carla:

-Carla loses all composure when he’s asleep. Sleeps stretched out on his side, hair a wild mess fanning out around his head, and sometimes drools a little. He’s a deep sleeper who can sleep through almost anything, and while he does have horrible nightmares, he’ll never show that they bother him.

Shin:

-Sleeps on either his stomach or back, and takes up a ton of space. He spreads out and rolls around, mumble and sometimes talks in his sleep, and can jolt awake for a few minutes before going right back to sleep. Has strange, vague dreams and frequent nightmares about past traumas.

Hey! For the pet Au: how would the boys react if they were bought/found/whatever, and the person treated them more like a friend than a pet? Cos it looks like a lot of their phychology is based off the ‘being a pet’ thing and being someone’s property, rather than being treated well. S, M, and T if possible!

Admin Mawile:ヾ(@°▽°@)ノ Yep, you’re right about the psychology!! And I’m writing how they’d be at first, their initial reactions to the treatment before they realize that it’s not some kind of trick or unusual punishment, kay?

Shuu:

-Shuu would have thought that finally being left alone, not trained or punished or expected to perform would be a good thing. But the sudden lack of seemingly any interest in him is just sickening. He has to have done something wrong, this isn’t normal, it isn’t right.

Reiji:

-It makes him more neurotic than ever, anxious and stir-crazy without some kind of purpose. Reiji has spent his whole life trying to become the best pet possible, and having his one source of value taken away makes him think that he’s really just been deemed worthless.

Ayato:

-He’s convinced that he’s done something wrong, been bad enough that they’re not bothering with him anymore, maybe getting ready to return or sell him for not being worth their time. If anything, not being treated like a pet just makes Ayato try twice as hard to be good one.

Kanato:

-Is he crying too much? I he too noisy or too quiet or not responsive enough? There has to be some reason why his new owner doesn’t want him. They may not be hurting him yet, but that just means something worse is coming. Whatever he’s doing wrong, he’ll fix it.

Laito:

-An owner not treating him like a proper pet means something is very, very wrong. Laito’s world view is unmovable, anything that goes against it has to be a sign of something bad, and an owner going against everything he’s supposed to be is just a whole new kind of cruelty to him.

Subaru:

-He’s beyond suspicious, he’s sick with worry that they’re plotting something, hiding the pain that’s to come behind the kind, fake, way they act. There’s no way a human would bother to buy him just to ignore his every purpose, they have to be planning to do something horrible as soon as he relaxes.

Ruki:

-No human, no owner, would have any legitimate reason to treat him so well. They have to be planning something, either that or they just see no use for him. A home this kind isn’t real, can’t be, especially not for a scared, branded, worthless, low quality stray.

Kou:

-They probably can’t get close enough for him to notice the difference. Kou panics around humans, an owner all the more so, hiding and crying and doing anything to keep them away. He’d be so sick with fear that he’d barely notice that they weren’t punishing him for lashing out.

Yuuma:

-Yeah, they’re up to something. He’s not the type of pet that gets treated nicely, at best, he’s for physical labor, not some valuable purebred that an owner would want to fuss over. They’re planning something, something so painful and awful that it warrants such an elaborate act to set it up. He’s terrified.

Azusa:

-What has he done so wrong that they won’t even use him? Could he possibly be so worthless that his owner doesn’t even want to hurt him? It makes Azusa miserable, thinking that he’s so unwanted, so bad and useless that he isn’t even allowed to be punished for it.

Carla:

-He’s been so good, even if he’s weak and sick, he can’t deserve being thrown away like this. Carla wholeheartedly believes that there’s no use in him beyond a pet, that if he’s not pleasing an owner, he should be dead, and for how cruel this owner is being, it probably won’t be long until he is.

Shin:

-He’s known cruel owners before, but pretending to be so nice is a whole new kind of sadism. Shin knows that they’re just tricking him into messing up, into letting his guard down and giving them a reason to hurt him or send him back to be put down for sure, and he’s not falling for it.
