(๑꒪▿꒪)* Yes!! It is very interesting.
Karlheinz:
-I can see him playing at submission with a human, thinking that it’ll be a fun little game to entertain himself with, and that, of course, he’ll still be in charge. And then finding out that that is not the case. Karlheinz isn’t used to having anything less than perfect control, and willingly allowing a human to take that control would be somewhere between thrilling and wrong. Once he sees what it’s like to be at someone’s mercy, though, there’s no going back.
-Karlheinz has major, major issues with love versus lust. He’s used to taking what he wants and feeling nothing but empty lust for his partners, and actually having feelings for someone would be difficult for him to come to terms with. Submitting to you would be his first experience in his lifetime with a partner that isn’t either empty and emotionless, or… something else. He’s not too used to genuine feelings, either, and could get overwhelmed very, very easily once he starts actually feeling vulnerable.
Richter:
-It starts with him actually wanting your attention. From there, submission is just another ploy to keep you focused on him. Of course he’s still in control. Of course he could flip your roles at any second. He’s just using the easiest way to make sure you think you love him. He’ll only start to realize that he likes being yours when it’s much too late, that he actually enjoys feeling like you could so easily bend him to your will.
-Honestly, Richter is a little (a lot) starved for positive attention. He’s accustomed to being used and left behind, of never being anyone’s first choice. The attention would get to him the most, the feeling like he’s something precious to you, something that you’re willing to work with and devote yourself too. Submission wouldn’t go over well with him, for all the pride and layers of defenses that he has, but when he does finally crack, it’s more like shattering. Once he falls apart, you’d be the one in control of every piece.
