You mentioned that you found Karlheinz in the sub au “interesting” got any headcanons for him and Richter? Thank you and have a frabjous day!!

(๑꒪▿꒪)* Yes!! It is very interesting.

Karlheinz:

-I can see him playing at submission with a human, thinking that it’ll be a fun little game to entertain himself with, and that, of course, he’ll still be in charge. And then finding out that that is not the case. Karlheinz isn’t used to having anything less than perfect control, and willingly allowing a human to take that control would be somewhere between thrilling and wrong. Once he sees what it’s like to be at someone’s mercy, though, there’s no going back.

-Karlheinz has major, major issues with love versus lust. He’s used to taking what he wants and feeling nothing but empty lust for his partners, and actually having feelings for someone would be difficult for him to come to terms with. Submitting to you would be his first experience in his lifetime with a partner that isn’t either empty and emotionless, or… something else. He’s not too used to genuine feelings, either, and could get overwhelmed very, very easily once he starts actually feeling vulnerable.

Richter:

-It starts with him actually wanting your attention. From there, submission is just another ploy to keep you focused on him. Of course he’s still in control. Of course he could flip your roles at any second. He’s just using the easiest way to make sure you think you love him. He’ll only start to realize that he likes being yours when it’s much too late, that he actually enjoys feeling like you could so easily bend him to your will.

-Honestly, Richter is a little (a lot) starved for positive attention. He’s accustomed to being used and left behind, of never being anyone’s first choice. The attention would get to him the most, the feeling like he’s something precious to you, something that you’re willing to work with and devote yourself too. Submission wouldn’t go over well with him, for all the pride and layers of defenses that he has, but when he does finally crack, it’s more like shattering. Once he falls apart, you’d be the one in control of every piece.

Ooh, how would Richter react if his s/o gets scared by something and immediately runs to him so he can protect them? And once Richter’s handled it, they smile and cuddle up to him while saying that they’re so lucky to be his?

Admin Mawile: ( * ́꒳`*)੭

-That’s one huge boost to his ego, and he’s going to be visibly smug about it for days. Of course, he’s sort of insufferable when he’s proud of himself, but if you’re close enough to him, you’ll probably be able to put up with it. No one has willingly gone to him for comfort in, well, ever, and it’s a totally new experience to feel like he’s the one that you can rely on, especially when you’re so sweet about it. Vampires don’t typically help each other without ulterior motives, but it doesn’t seem so bad when you’re so thankful to him for it.

What do you think Karlheinz and Richter’s childhood was like? Have a frabjous day!

Admin Mawile: (o゜◇゜)ノ

-In Karlheinz’s case, I would assume that his childhood was a disturbing mixture of spoiled and abusive. On one hand, as the eldest son and heir, he would have been given privileges and authority far beyond his younger brother. I can see him being a bit of a spoiled kid who was doted on and fawned over by relatives who loved him only for his position. On the other hand, I would doubt that he ever received anything resembling genuine love or care. People loved him for what he was, not who, and Karlheinz suffered emotionally from a lack of care or proper guidance. Between being treated like a little prince and being horribly neglected by the people who should have loved him, he grew up with a very twisted view of the world.

-Meanwhile, Richter’s situation would have been a lot like Reiji’s. He would have been trained from birth to be a subordinate to Karlheinz, neglected by his family in favor of his brother, and more or less denied anything resembling attention or praise. The way I see it, he would have been like a shadow in his own home, always overlooked so that Karlheinz could shine. Like Reiji, he would have been unaware of how his older brother suffered too, and slowly developed a warped, bitter mindset in which he believes that he’s doomed to be second best. Richter would have been a painfully lonely child, and probably would have never known what it was like to be wanted. He would have suffered more physical abuse than Karlheinz, too.

Can I have Richter and Karl falling in love with a human girl, shes super nice to him and might even like him back a bit?

Admin Mawile: (●>ω<)ノ゙

Karlheinz:

-He’s not used to love in the slightest. Lust is easy, simple, when there’s no feelings and nothing more than a quick, burning attraction. Soft feelings are harder to deal with, much too vulnerable for any vampire with half a mind to be comfortable with, and it gets to him horribly that he’s actually started to love someone, especially a mere human like you.

Richter:

-He’s the jealous, possessive sort, and until he’s certain that you’ll be his and his alone, he remains bitter and uncertain, afraid that you’ll find someone that’s clearly better than him. By the time he loves you, he’s willing to kill for you (or kill you), if it means that you’ll belong to him, but he’s so caught up in his own issues and sense of inferiority that it’s hard to open up.

Can I request headcanons for human au Richter being sent to the mansion as prey for the reader?

Admin Mawile: (* ゚∀゚)ノシ

-When the vampire king isn’t satisfied with just Karlheinz’s sons, he’s forced to trick his own brother into “visiting” the mansion… with no intention of him ever coming back. Richter winds up as a last resort for getting Karl out of trouble, and when he finds out that he’s been betrayed for the sake of something so selfish, he’s absolutely furious… not to mention terrified of the vampire.

-Richter is, as any sensible person would be, scared to death of the bloodthirsty creature that seems intent on draining him dry. He’s a coward at heart, and is willing to resort to any kind of dirty tricks or pathetic tactics he has to to avoid being killed by the monster he’s been forced to live with. He’ll beg and plead to be spared from punishment, anything to put you off of feeding from him any more than you have to.

-Before long, though, his masochistic side starts showing up, most apparent when he moans while being bitten. The shame he feels is enough to make him sick, but at the same time, he’s feeling more and more attracted to the sadistic creature that takes such great pleasure in toying with him. He is receiving more attention than he has in his life, even if he has to hurt to get it.

How would the Sakamaki’s feel about Ritcher attempting to steal their s/o seeing how she’s very kind and sweet to him despite not knowing who he truly is and he misinterpreted it as her being in love with him

Admin Mawile: (o゜◇゜)ノ Uh oh…

Shuu:

-He’s not usually one to bother too much with little problems, but something about his uncle infringing on what’s his is a good way to get him to get territorial. Richter has no place making a move on what’s not his.

Reiji:

-He’ll try to handle the situation respectfully, at first, but if that fails, well, it may be as good a chance as any to get someone troublesome out of the picture. While Reiji has respect for his father, Richter is a different matter.

Ayato:

-After everything Richter has done, this is absolutely the last straw. He’ll at least try to off his uncle, and if that fails, he’ll take things out on you for “tempting him” in the first place, even while you’re owned.

Kanato:

-Aside from whatever violent things he tries with Richter, he spends a lot of time blaming you for attracting the attention of another man. You’re likely to be hurt as well, all as part of Kanato’s typical jealous rage.

Laito:

-Considering his history with Richter, this might end in one dead vampire uncle. Laito has had more than enough of Richter getting in the way when it comes to people he “loves” and is likely to react very violently to the situation.

Subaru:

-He’ll get straight to the point… of making a good attempt to murder his uncle. Subaru is quick tempered and quick to violence, and among vampires, it’s not at all uncommon for territorial disputes to end in blood.

Would you mind doing headcanons for how Richter reacts with receiving all of his s/o’s attention? Like he notices he doesn’t have to fight for her attention or affection? ( If requests are closed, please ignore it!)

Admin Mawile: (ゝω・)ノ

-Not having to struggle for any kind of acknowledgement under his brother’s shadow is an entirely new feeling for Richter, and it takes quite a while for him to really believe that you want only him. He’s used to being used and overlooked, having to force his way to people’s good graces, and having all the attention he could want with no cost comes as quite the shock.

-However, all the attention goes to his ego almost worryingly fast. Richter can be painfully proud, and having someone treat him like he’s worth everything to them is a good way of inflating his sense of pride even further. In a weird version of a superiority complex, having even your attention convinced him that he’s worth more than his brother ever was, all because one person loves him with everything they have.

-On a fluffier note, you may actually catch him off guard by being willing to give all your attention to him. He’s horribly unused to having people pay attention to him, and at first, you may actually get a few, rare looks of pure shock. Giving him so much affection and love is a good way to get on his good side, too, and it’s likely that you’ll wind up with him being painfully attached to you.

Can you do more Richer headcanons please?^-^

Admin Mawile: (○´3`)ノ

-He has a massive inferiority complex stemming from his relationship with Karlheinz. Richter tends to see himself as always less than his brother, and anything that helps him believe he could be good enough on his own gets to him fast. He’s rather weak to praise, and can be wrapped around the finger of anyone who’s willing to treat him like he’s worth something to them.

-He’s never had a positive relationship in his life, however long that may be. Cordelia was the first person who even pretended to see past his brother and treat him like he was his own person, and still worthy of praise. Until he realized she was just using him, Richter would have worshiped the ground Cordelia walked on, he was so desperate for that kind of love.

-His relationship was Karlheinz was similar to that of Shuu and Reiji; a younger brother perpetually, viciously jealous of what he saw as his older brother getting a better draw in life. Of course, Karlheinz never had life very good either, but all Richter saw was Karl getting all the attention and praise that he’d dreamed of; and still treating it like it was nothing.
